- We currently have 26 production lines, 1.8 million square foot facility, and a 10 story ASRS Warehouse.
- Has 6 direct reports.
- Strong leadership and technical knowledge.
- Looking for someone that has a background being a process engineer/process management or significant medical device experience.
- Must have current team leadership management experience.
- Minitab, six sigma, ASQ certified, and lean experience.
- CAPA, Lead Auditor, FDA, ISO 13485 experience.
- Team based and adaptive.
- Leading-edge, high-performance management style.
- Support a 24/7/365 facility.
- Performance based bonus (10%) and quarterly incentive plan (5%).
