Engagement Fee

 This arrangement involves a commitment between the recruiting firm and client to locate and hire the most qualified candidate

• Client pays a non-refundable fee at the initiation of the search
  
• Remainder of the fee is paid upon successful hire of a candidate
  
• Candidates presented to the client for possible hire will not be shared with any other clients for a pre-determined period of time

 This option is often suited for client search assignments that are urgent, sensitive or confidential in nature

• The fee amount is negotiated up front and one third of the fee is collected at the initiation of the search project
  
• Weekly update reports are provided on the progress of candidate identification
  
• Cole Professional Search limits the number of retained searches that are accepted at a given time.  This supports our commitment to finding and hiring a highly qualified candidate for each retained search assignment
