Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join the executive team. The CRO will play a critical role in driving growth objectives by developing and executing strategies that increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with Oracle and end customers. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the Oracle ecosystem and a proven track record of success in sales and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Leverage industry insights and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, Oracle partners, and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Revenue Management: Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other executive team members to align revenue strategies with overall company goals. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board of Directors on revenue performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives. Prepare and present detailed reports and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Sales, or similar senior role in a technology company.
- Strong network within the Oracle ecosystem and a deep understanding of Oracle products and services.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue growth strategies that achieve and exceed targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
