Carriers deploy suite of applications to connect their Transportation Management Systems to Commercial Vehicle Telematics applications matching load demand with equipment availability and improving utilization.
SUMMARY: An Application Support Specialist – Tier 2 is responsible for resolving complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge that have been escalated from the Tier 1 team in support of Platform (“Solution”). This includes working in collaboration with the Development team to provide an excellent customer experience.
